Introduction
Sound Memo ("we", "our", or "the app") is a memory card game where players match cards by listening to sounds. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle information.
Information We Collect
Sound Memo is designed with privacy in mind. The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not require account creation, and no personal data is needed to use the app.
Data Storage
Your settings are stored on your device and go nowhere else. Star ratings are also saved to your own iCloud account, using Apple's iCloud key-value storage, so a child's progress follows them from one of your devices to another without anyone creating an account. That data stays under your Apple Account and we have no access to it — we run no servers, and nothing the app stores ever reaches us or anyone else. Deleting the app removes what is on the device, and clearing the app's iCloud data removes the rest.
Third-Party Services
Sound Memo does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share any data with third parties.
Children's Privacy
Sound Memo is suitable for players of all ages. Since we do not collect any personal information, the app complies with children's privacy regulations including COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
